The warranty is valid only for the purchaser and is not covered by the warranty if the product is transferred from another person.
Please note that the warranty card will not be reissued, so please be careful not to lose it. - Even within the warranty period, if we perform repairs or adjustments at the customer's request that we deem to be free of quality or functional problems, we will charge a fee.
- In the case of vintage/ antique items, there are some items that cannot be repaired by the manufacturer.Please contact the store as we will be able to handle the repair at our affiliated repair workshop.
- Please note that vintage/antique and some USED products for which genuine parts are not available may be repaired using alternative parts.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for repairs, adjustments, etc. after the warranty period ends.
- During the warranty period, our affiliated repair workshops will give priority to repair work.
Not covered by warranty
The following cases are not covered by the warranty even within the warranty period.
- If our company determines that there is no problem in terms of quality or functionality.
- Visual condition determined by our company to be acceptable in terms of quality and functionality.
- In the event of failure due to intentional, negligent or inappropriate usage by the customer or a third party other than our company.
- If repairs or adjustments are made by someone other than our company for failures or damage caused by the above.
- Failure or damage due to carelessness or improper handling.
- Failure or damage to the exterior parts of the case, belt, windshield, crown, etc.
- Damage to the winding core, center core, mainspring, etc.
- Failures or malfunctions caused by moisture, etc. entering the machine.
- Failure or damage due to fire, water damage, accident or natural disaster.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost, or if the warranty card has been rewritten.
