Moonphase accepts payment by bank transfer.
The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
Shipping is free in principle.
Shipping charges may apply to some areas and remote islands.

• In principle, we only accept transfers from the same account name as the orderer to the stock store.
  Depending on the upper limit of the transfer amount, it is possible to divide the transfer into several transfers, but please be sure to transfer from the same name.

• After receiving your order and restocking the inventory, please make the transfer within 3 business days of the bank.
  Please note that if the transfer cannot be confirmed, it will be treated as a cancellation.

• Once we have confirmed the transfer, we will contact the customer once to confirm the payment and then ship the item.
  In addition, every Wednesday is a regular holiday, so we cannot confirm the arrival of money.
  Please note that confirmation and contact will be made on the next business day.

In MOON PHASE, "VISA", "MASTER", "JCB", "Diners Club" and "American Express" can be used.
Shipping is free in principle.
Shipping charges may apply to some areas and remote islands.

• If you choose to pay by credit card, we will verify your identity .
  Present your ID by e-mail or fax to confirm that your identity is correct.
  Alternatively, we will call the stock store to confirm that the order is correct.
  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to prevent mischievous orders and unauthorized use of credit cards.

• If you want to use it, please add the desired product to the cart and proceed to purchase from the cart.

For MOON PHASE, you can use cash on delivery by Sagawa Express. The upper limit is 500,000 yen or less. Collect-on-delivery handling fee and shipping fee are free in principle.
In the case of some areas and remote islands, shipping and handling charges may occur.

  After that, we will transfer the down payment to the specified account and ship it if it can be confirmed.
  If you place an order without a down payment, we will ship it as soon as the inspection is completed.
