• As a general rule, we only accept transfers to stock stores from accounts with the same name as the person placing the order.
  Depending on the maximum remittance amount, you may be able to make several transfers, but please make sure that all transfers are made under the same name.

• Once we receive your order and have re-secured the stock, please make the bank transfer within 3 business days .
  Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment, your order will be cancelled.

• Once we have confirmed your payment, we will notify you and then ship your order.
  Please note that we are closed every Wednesday, so we cannot confirm receipt of funds.

At Moon Phase, we accept cash on delivery via Sagawa Express. The upper limit is 500,000 yen or less. Cash on delivery fees and shipping are free in principle.

• You will receive an email from the credit company with instructions on how to fill out the form, so please follow the instructions and complete the form within three business days .
  Once the review is complete, we will contact you by email or phone.
  Please note that as part of a credit check, we may call your employer to confirm your employment status and ask you to confirm the details of your contract.
  After that, please transfer the down payment to the designated account, and once we have confirmed it, we will send the item to the address you provided in your loan application.
  If you place an order without a down payment, we will ship the item as soon as the inspection is completed.
